Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of sensors, and in particular to an angle and torque sensor. The angle and torque sensor comprises a housing, an inner rotor assembly and a floating compensation mechanism. The middle of the housing is provided with an annular inner rotor supporting portion, and the top of the inner rotor supporting portion is provided with a supporting flange which protrudes inwards. The inner rotor assembly comprises a base, a sleeve, an upper support and a lower support, wherein the base is rotationally connected to the housing; the sleeve is fixedly mounted on the base; the upper support is fixedly sleeved on the upper portion of the sleeve, and the lower support is sleeved on the middle of the sleeve in a floating manner; the supporting flange is positioned between the upper support and the lower support and is in conical surface fit with the upper support and the lower support; and the floating compensation mechanism is mounted between the lower support and the housing or the base. The sensor provided in the present invention is convenient to manufacture and assemble, and can realize automatic centering and simultaneous compensation in a radial direction and a vertical direction, such that the operation is stable and reliable and the measurement precision is high.
