Abstract:
An angle-adjustable diamond saw blade-based laser cutting machine, comprising a rack (1). One side of the rack (1) is provided with a liftable/lowerable mechanism (2) moving in a Z-axis direction. A laser translation mechanism (3) moving in an X-axis direction is arranged on the liftable/lowerable mechanism (2). The other side of the rack (1) is provided with a saw blade translation mechanism (5) moving in a Y-axis direction. A swing assembly (4) swinging in the Y-axis direction is arranged on a first sliding plate (31) of the laser translation mechanism (3). A laser (7) and a sawtooth shifting device (8) are arranged on the swing assembly (4). The swing assembly (4) comprises a power mechanism (42) and a swing plate (44), the power mechanism (42) is fixedly connected to the first sliding plate (31), and the output end of the power mechanism (42) is connected to the swing plate (44) by means of a speed reducer (43). According to the laser cutting machine, a swing assembly is added, and during processing, a laser is driven by the swing assembly to rotate in a Y-axis direction, so that the problem that the existing diamond saw blade-based laser processing machines cannot process cutting edges on both sides of diamond saw teeth is solved, and the universality of the device is improved.
