Abstract:
Provided are an amphiphilic monodisperse polymer containing a fluorene-butadiene structure in a main chain, nanofibers and a preparation method. Azidated polyethylene glycol is reacted with a fluorene-butadiene copolymer to obtain an amphiphilic monodisperse polymer, then solution self-assembly is carried out to prepare nanofibers, and a mixed solvent method and a heating and cooling method are used to realize living crystallization-driven self-assembly. A CuAAC click chemical reaction is utilized, the operation is simple and feasible, the efficiency is high, and industrial production is facilitated. Chemical reagents used in the method are stable in air, and the reaction operation is simple and convenient. The successful synthesis of the polymer and the successful preparation of the nanofiber greatly enrich the use range of living crystallization-driven self-assembly.
