Abstract:
An amide polymer molecular-level defoamer and a preparation method, wherein the amide polymer molecular-level defoamer consists of 20-45% of an amide polymer, 5-15% of carrier oil, 2-6% of fumed silica, 3-8% of metallic soap, and 15-75% of water. The present invention has the following advantages: a fatty polyamine compound and a monobasic fatty acid compound are subjected to a dehydration condensation reaction, so that a multi-branched active material in a molecular structure is finally prepared; and the defoamer formed by the multi-branched structure compound can, on the one hand, make the surface of the liquid film extremely easy to crack instantly, and on the other hand, effectively break some bubbles having relatively high density, so that the defoamer has high performance in terms of both defoaming and foam inhibition.
