Abstract:
Provided is an aluminum honeycomb core hot press with a high-precision guidance system, the hot press comprising a rack (10), a hot press head (20), hot press plates (21) and a guidance system, wherein the rack is provided with a hot press cavity; the hot press head and several hot press plates are located in the hot press cavity; the hot press head is located on the front side of the several hot press plates; and the guidance system comprises four guidance assemblies (30) distributed at the upper left corner, lower left corner, upper right corner, and lower right corner of the rack for guiding the movement of the hot press plates in the hot press cavity. A movable plate (40) capable of rising and lowering is provided at the bottom of the hot press cavity. An aluminum honeycomb core extends between the hot press plates in a left-and-right running direction. Only the bottom of the aluminum honeycomb core is in contact with the movable plate. When the hot press plates perform hot pressing on the aluminum honeycomb core, the aluminum honeycomb core is deformed, the area thereof becomes larger, and the movable plate is lowered, so that the bottom of the aluminum honeycomb core is out of contact with the movable plate, and the aluminum honeycomb core can expand freely in all directions, thereby ensuring that the texture of the aluminum honeycomb core is uniform after hot pressing.
