Abstract:
An aluminum electrolysis flue gas desulfurization treatment system, comprising a treatment cylinder (2) having a cover plate (1), and a treatment mechanism (3). During a flue gas treatment process, a solvent inside the treatment cylinder (2) can be treated by means of heating via a gas intake box (12) and a guide pipe (22) which is of a helical structure from top to bottom, so that the temperature of the solvent is increased, thereby increasing the solubility of the solvent and increasing the rate at which harmful substances in the flue gas are removed by the solvent. During the process of vertical reciprocating movement of a traction rope (33) in the treatment mechanism (3), by means of a connecting protrusion (32) and a connecting spring (34) cooperating with each other to drive an annular scraper (31), the inside of a short treatment pipe (26) can be scraped, so as to avoid clogging of the short treatment pipe (26) due to the accumulation of solid particles in the flue gas inside the short treatment pipe (26).
