Abstract:
Disclosed are: an aluminum-based plated blank; a method for manufacturing same; and an apparatus for manufacturing an aluminum-based plated blank. In a specific embodiment, the aluminum-based plated blank includes a joint connecting at least two aluminum-based plated steel sheets including: a base steel sheet containing 0.01-0.5 wt% of carbon (C), 0.01-1.0 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.5-3.0 wt% of manganese (Mn), greater than 0 and no greater than 0.05 wt% of phosphorus (P), greater than 0 and no greater than 0.01 wt% of sulfur (S), greater than 0 and no greater than 0.1 wt% of aluminum (Al), and greater than 0 and no greater than 0.001 wt% of nitrogen (N), with the remainder comprising iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities; and a plating layer containing aluminum (Al) and formed on at least one surface of the base steel sheet in an adhesion amount of 20-100 g/m2.
