Abstract:
An aluminum alloy pump structure of a vacuum pump, and a honing tool for machining a pump body. The aluminum alloy pump structure comprises a pump stator (1) and a rear pump cover (2) covering an opening end of the pump stator (1). The pump stator (1) and the rear pump cover (2) jointly enclose to form a pump cavity (3). A pump rotor (4) is eccentrically mounted inside the pump cavity (3). The pump stator (1) and the rear pump cover (2) are both made out of an aluminum alloy material. The surface of the pump stator (1) corresponding to the pump cavity (3) and the surface of the rear pump cover (2) are both provided with an abrasion-resistant modified layer (5).
