Abstract:
An aluminum alloy material, and an aluminum alloy wire and a preparation method therefor, relating to the field of aluminum alloys. The aluminum alloy material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-0.25% of Fe, 0.01-0.05% of Si, 0.02-0.3% of Zr, 0.1-1% of M, 0.02-0.3% of Y, and the total content of Mn, V, Ti and Cr being controlled to be less than or equal to 0.01%, with the balance being Al, wherein the mass ratio of Fe to Si is 2-8, and M consists of La and Ce. By means of the selection of specific components and the selection of a specific ratio, and on the basis of no obvious increase in costs, the heat resistance, mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the aluminum alloy material are all taken into account and strengthened, and the aluminum alloy material has excellent commercial application value.
