Provided are an all-terrain vehicle and body thereof, The body comprises: a frame (30); the frame (30) comprises a front part (31), a middle part (32), and a rear part (33), connected in sequence; the rear part (33) is constructed having a power compartment (20) for placing a drive train (200); the front part (31) comprises a lower part mounting frame (313) and an upper part support frame (314); the lower part mounting frame (313) is connected to the middle part (32), and the upper part support frame (314) can be detachably connected to the lower part mounting frame (313) and the middle part (32); a seat bracket (40); the seat bracket (40) is detachably arranged in the middle part (32) and defines, with the bottom of the middle part (32), a mounting space for a plurality of components.
