Abstract:
An all-round intelligent smelting slag removal robot, suitable for waste slag removal during a smelting process of steel, iron, copper, aluminum, and various nonferrous metals. The slag removal robot comprises a grabbing mechanism for performing slag removal, an operating mechanism for driving the grabbing mechanism to move in multiple directions, and a balancing mechanism for keeping the gripping mechanism in a vertical state during movement. The operating mechanism has one end connected to a base (1), and the other end connected to the grabbing mechanism; the balancing mechanism has one end connected to the grabbing mechanism, and the other end connected to the base (1); and the middle of the balancing mechanism is connected to the operating mechanism. The robot can improve device flexibility and solve the problem of blind corners in slag removal, and can improve device operation stability and effectively reduce shaking and vibration during device operation, thereby improving grasping accuracy, and preventing molten iron splashing and device pollution caused by slag falling due to shaking and vibration.
