Abstract:
The present invention relates to an airfield runway rubber removal machine. In the technical solution of the present invention, the airfield runway rubber removal machine comprises a U-shaped plate having a downward opening, wherein the U-shaped plate is internally provided with a U-shaped pipe having a forward opening, the U-shaped pipe is connected to a high-pressure water source, and the U-shaped pipe can reciprocate to the left and right in the U-shaped plate; a plurality of nozzles are distributed at equal intervals on a left and a right pipe of the U-shaped pipe along the length thereof, and the nozzles on the two side pipes of the U-shaped pipe are bilaterally symmetrical and incline inwards and downwards; and a U-shaped scraper chamber with a backward opening is arranged on a front side of the U-shaped plate, and a negative-pressure recovery pipe is installed in the scraper chamber. In the device, the nozzles on the two side pipes of the U-shaped pipe incline inwards and downwards and are bilaterally symmetrical, so that the nozzles on the two sides can generate counterforces inclining upwards and outwards during water spraying; and under the action of the overall self-weight of the device, an opposite separation is overcome by gravity, and outward separations cancel each other out. Therefore, an operator does not need to apply force to resist the counterforce generated by water spraying of the nozzles during operation, and thus the operator can use the device with less effort and a higher efficiency.
