Abstract:
An aircraft engine fan blade cleaning and lubricating system, comprising a blade storage dolly (1) and a cleaning and lubricating apparatus (2) provided on one side of the blade storage dolly (1). A storage device (4) is provided on the upper surface of the blade storage dolly (1), and positioning mechanisms (3) are provided on the lower surface of the blade storage dolly (1); by means of the storage device (4) on the blade storage dolly (1), dismantled engine blades can be conveniently conveyed to an explosion-proof workshop and can be automatically cleaned, inspected, and lubricated after being connected to the cleaning and lubricating device (2); and positioning guide rails (31) are provided on the blade storage dolly (1) to facilitate connection to the cleaning and lubricating device (2). The storage dolly (1) has a low overall height, and would not block the line of sight of an operator. In addition, an industrial robot (6) is used to grab and move the blades to an operation area, so that cleaning, inspection, and lubricating operation processes can be automatic. The system has a high degree of automation and better cleaning and lubricating effects, frees manpower, improves the quality and efficiency of operations, and provides a better guarantee for flight safety of an engine.
