Abstract:
Disclosed is an aircraft engine exhaust casing welding method. The welding sequence, welding manner, assembly sequence, benchmark selection, etc. of an outer ring front installation edge (1), a supporting plate (2), a barrel front section (3), an installation base (4), an inner ring installation edge (5), a barrel rear section (6), a center cone inclined section (7), an outer ring rear installation edge (8), an exhaust pipe (9) and a reinforcing ring (10) that are used for forming an inner ring and an outer ring are reasonably arranged, such that the problems of a requirement for machining precision being high, multiple weld joints, and a compact space are solved, the welding quality is improved, and a subsequent machining requirement is met.
