Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an air knife-based carbon bowl cleaning device, comprising a carbon bowl conveying assembly (10) and an air knife cleaning assembly (20). The carbon bowl conveying assembly (10) comprises a conveying line (11) and a clamping module (12); the conveying line (11) is used for conveying a carbon bowl, and the clamping module (12) is provided at the clamping station of the conveying line and clamps the carbon bowl in the horizontal direction, so as to ensure that the carbon bowl is cleaned in a clamped state; the air knife cleaning assembly (20) is provided above the carbon bowl conveying assembly (10); the air knife cleaning assembly (20) comprises an airflow pipeline (21) and a scraper (22); a scraper surface (221) is provided at the bottom of the scraper (22); the scraper (22) is provided with air knife holes (222), and the air knife holes (222) are communicated with the airflow pipeline (21) so as to output the air knife outwards; the air knife and the scraper surface (221) jointly clean the carbon bowl; in this case, the air knife holes (222) receive the airflow of the airflow pipeline (21) and output the air knife outwards, and the air knife holes (222) and the scraper surface (221) are provided on the scraper, so that the air knife and the scraper surface (221) can clean a surface to be cleaned of the carbon bowl from different directions as the scraper (22) gets close to the carbon bowl clamped by the clamping module (12), thereby avoiding a situation in which the surface to be cleaned of the carbon bowl is cleaned by using only the scraper surface.
