Abstract:
An air fryer and cooking apparatus (1) for cooking food. A top wall (122) of a heating chamber (120) of the air fryer comprises a first top wall (1221) and second top walls (1222) arranged around the first top wall (1221), wherein the second top walls (1222) are obliquely arranged downwards relative to the first top wall (1221), and lower ends of the second top walls (1222) extend to below a heating assembly (130) in order to guide hot air to flow to a circumferential side of a basket (210) along the second top walls (1222) and flow from the circumferential side of the basket (210) to the middle of the basket (210), such that food ingredients on each layer can all be heated more evenly. Moreover, the second top walls (1222) inclining downwards serve as both cavity walls of the heating cavity (120) and flow guide structures, such that there is no need to additionally provide flow guide structures above the basket (210), and therefore the size of a main unit (100) in a vertical direction can be reduced, thereby facilitating the flatter design of the main unit (100).
