Proposed is an air-conditioning device capable of suppressing the choke phenomenon in which the flow of refrigerant in a refrigerant circuit is obstructed by an expansion valve, the opening degree of which is narrowed, in reheat dehumidification operation. This air-conditioning device performs air-conditioning operation for a space to be air-conditioned. This air-conditioning device comprises a refrigerant circuit and a control unit. The refrigerant circuit is formed by a compressor, a heat source heat exchanger, a first utilization heat exchange unit, a utilization expansion valve, and a second utilization heat exchange unit being annularly connected. The control unit controls the refrigerant circuit to execute reheat dehumidification operation in which the first utilization heat exchange unit functions as a condenser and the second utilization heat exchange unit functions as an evaporator. The opening degree of the utilization expansion valve is controlled by the control unit. In the reheat dehumidification operation, the control unit controls the opening degree of the utilization expansion valve to a predetermined first opening degree or less, and when a predetermined condition is satisfied, the opening degree of the utilization expansion valve is temporarily set to a predetermined second opening degree that is larger than the first opening degree.
