Abstract:
An air conditioner indoor unit (1) and a control method therefor. The air conditioner indoor unit (1) comprises an air baffle (20) arranged at an air inlet (11), wherein the air baffle (20) has a completely open position and a closed position, and the air baffle (20) closes the air inlet (11) when at the closed position. The control method comprises: in response to a startup instruction, controlling an air baffle (20) to move to a completely open position; acquiring an indoor environment temperature; and determining whether the difference between the indoor environment temperature and a set temperature is less than a preset threshold value, and if so, controlling the air baffle (20) to move to a position between the completely open position and a closed position, and if not, returning to execute the step of acquiring the indoor environment temperature. The air baffle (20) located between the completely open position and the closed position reduces the amount of intake air of the air inlet (11). The amount of intake air of an air inlet (11) is reduced by using an air baffle (20), such that an effect similar to direct-blow prevention is achieved, without the need to block an air outlet (12), thereby avoiding the problem of condensation on the basis of ensuring comfort.
