CLAIMS An air cleaning device with digital signage system (digital screen (4) comprising

• front air suction cover (2), which is responsible for the suction of the required amount of air into the device for the operation of the device,

• main cabin (7), which is the structure where all the elements related to the device are located or contained and characterized in comprising

• a digital screen (4) which operates as the screen of the computer (6) unit and is responsible for displaying the desired contents (video, visual, text) on the screen, and a software of the computer (6) which allows the device to be managed remotely and to access a plurality of devices simultaneously

• a computer (6) which is a type of computer that is responsible for the arrangement of all the visuals to be displayed on the screen of the device and which can be accessed by methods such as Wi-Fi (wireless connection), Ethernet connection, USB connection etc.,

• a smart control unit (13) which contains the motor driver and enables the motor to operate and be adjusted with the command given from the touchable control card (5) or remote access, is responsible for storing and processing the data coming from the air quality measurement sensor (12) and can automatically adjust the motor speed and operating stage according to the air quality value, can calculate the fullness of the filters according to the air quality data of the environment with its software, can store the usage time of the device as data with its time counter, transmits air quality information, timer information and motor operating stage information to the digital screen (4)

• a touchable control card (5) which is responsible for activating the air cleaning function, increasing, or decreasing its speed, and enabling the use of the timing function on/off features and warns about the fullness of the filters,

• an air quality measurement sensor (12) which measures air quality values

• a filter and motor module (9) which is mounted on the main cabin (7) element and allows the air to be cleaned by means of its filters and motor.

Description:
AIR CLEANING DEVICE HAVING EMBEDDED DIGITAL SIGNAGE SYSTEM (BOTH DIGITAL SCREEN and SOFTWARE)

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an air cleaning device with digital signage system which offers the opportunity and advantages of being used as an advertising space, digital marketing area, digital signage system through its information screen in addition to the air cleaning process in homes and similar places (offices, markets, hotel lobbies, banks, stores, shopping malls, public areas, etc.).

PRESENT STATE OF THE ART

Humans are in a continuous development process so as to meet their various requirements from the past to today since they have been on earth. One of the main requirements in this development process is to protect human health. One of the basic needs of human beings so as to protect human health and stay in balance is to breathe clean air. Herein, it is necessary to clean the air of closed areas, especially in many communal living spaces. Many microorganisms remain suspended in the air and are taken into the body during respiration and have the risk of causing disease. The risk of transmission of infectious diseases increases in environments where particles are intensive. It is stated by EPA (Environment Protection Agency) that long-term exposure to particles smaller than 10 microns causes premature death due to heart and lung problems, increases the risk of heart rhythm disorder and heart attack, triggers respiratory system disorders such as decrease in lung functions, respiratory failure, asthma. For this reason, limit values have been determined by WHO (World Health Organization) and EPA (Environment Protection Agency) regarding indoor air quality.

Today, in addition to the above-mentioned reasons, air cleaning devices have been developed to be used in many areas (homes and similar places (offices, markets, hotel lobbies, banks, stores, shopping malls, public areas, etc.)). Many developments in this direction have been made for many years, as an example of an application numbered 2006/01131 relates to an air cleaner device for cleaning the air in operating rooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, microchip manufacturing facilities (processor industry) and similar sensitive environments. Air cleaning devices are developed and designed to address many different fields over the differences in their filtering systems and capacities. Today, while existing air cleaning devices as well as their filters are subject to continuous development, at the same time they present a disadvantage in terms of occupying a certain area in the environment. It is clear that there is a need for development and adding new functions to the device so as to offer different usage possibilities to eliminate the disadvantage of these devices regarding their occupy space in workplaces, schools, shopping malls, public spaces and fairgrounds and not serving a different purpose.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Said invention eliminates the disadvantages described in the state of the art and fulfills the needs.

Said invention relates to an air cleaning device which offers the opportunity and advantages of being used as digital marketing, corporate and general purpose dynamic information system through its screen and content management software apart from the air cleaning process, in homes and similar places (offices, markets, hotel lobbies, banks, stores, shopping malls, public areas, etc.).

Corporations will be able to benefit from this screen for advertising, marketing, and promotion activities via the information screen (digital signage screen) on the air cleaner device together with said invention. Therefore, it will contribute to the public institutions and organizations to announce their activities and works, and to reach all walks of life in the society by making awareness-raising and educational publications and provide a product that occupies space will be used for a different purpose.

All devices can be managed from a single center by providing remote access to the device by the user by means of a computer and software placed inside the inventive air cleaner. Digital content desired to be displayed by providing remote access to all devices owned by a business at the same time can be played by creating a special program on a day and hour basis over a single computer or mobile device via a local area connection, a wide network connection, or the Internet by means of the software installed in the device. Different or similar contents can be displayed on devices located in different areas by means of grouping or classifying between the devices in said invention. This system is compatible with all network structures and supports all known media types.

Furthermore, the air quality in the environment is displayed on this screen, and information about the air quality of the environment is provided to the user. Users can access information such as the maintenance requirements of the device, the replacement periods of the filters and the expected life of the same through this screen.

The user can remotely access the air quality data and statistics, filter occupancy information in the environment where the device is operating by means of a computer, an intelligent control unit and software placed inside the inventive air cleaner. Features such as turning the device on and off, operating in automatic mode according to air quality, setting a timer etc. can also be managed remotely.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The elements on this invention are as follows; glass (1), which is used for fixing the touchable control card (5) and digital screen(4) elements and which undertakes the function of clearly seeing the touchable control card (5) and digital display (4) elements by the user, front air suction cover (2), which is responsible for the suction of the required amount of air into the device for the operation of the device, front lower cover (3), which covers the lower section where the compact computer (6) and the smart control unit (13) are placed on the lower front of the device, digital screen (4), which operates as the screen of the compact computer (6) and is responsible for displaying the desired images on the screen, touchable control card (5) which serves for operating the air cleaning function of the device, increasing, or decreasing the cycle, navigating, displaying and adjusting on the air quality data, filter fullness indicators and timer screens by using the interface defined on the device, a compact computer (6), which is a type of computer that is responsible for the arrangement of all the visuals to be displayed on the screen of the device., and which can be accessed by methods such as wifi, ethernet cable, SD card, main cabin (7), which is the structure where all the elements related to the device are located or contained, side covers (8), which are mounted on the main cabinet (7) element and used to close the visible spaces of the device seen on one side and to provide access to the elements inside during any repair, filter and motor module (9), which is mounted on the main cabin (7) element and allows the air to be cleaned by means of its filters and motor, upper back cover (10) which is mounted on the main cabinet (7) element and used to close the spaces on the upper back of the device and is opened with a key and provides access to the filter and motor module (9) element, lower back cover (11), which is mounted on the main cabinet (7) element and used to close the visible spaces of the device seen on one side and to provide access to the elements inside during any repair, air quality measurement sensor (12), which can detect the air quality and process the particulate matter values in the air in terms of pm1 , pm2,5 and pm10, capable of measuring carbon monoxide, co2 and volatile organic compounds (VOC) and provides data transfer to the smart control unit (13) smart control unit (13), which contains the motor driver and enables the motor to operate and be adjusted with the command given from the touchable control card (5) or remote access, is responsible for storing and processing the data coming from the air quality measurement sensor (12) and can automatically determine the operating cycle of the device by making its own decision according to the air quality value, can calculate the fullness of the filters according to the air quality data of the environment with its software, can store the usage time of the device as data with its time counter, transmits air quality information, timer information and motor operating stage information to the digital screen (4).

The inventive product designed as an air cleaning device ensures that the air in the environment is cleaned by passing it through filters by means of the “Filter and Module (9)”. The digital screen (4) (digital signage screen) integrated into the device is used for announcements, advertisements, and promotional videos, simultaneously the air quality of the environment, the fill rates of the filters, the settings of the operating times of the device, and the temperature and humidity information of the environment can be seen on this digital screen (4). It is possible to provide remote access to all devices owned by a company on a single computer at the same time, and to play the desired content by creating a special program on a day and hour basis by means of digital screen (4) software installed on the computer (6). Different contents can be displayed on devices located in different areas by means of grouping or classifying within the devices.

The device can determine its own operating setting according to the air quality values, so it does not require constant adjustment and provides energy efficiency with the smart control unit (13).
