Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide an air cleaner in which sound attenuation measures are taken with respect to sound having a frequency band that changes due to propagation of the sound within a casing. In an air cleaner (100), a first silencer (20) is provided separately from a casing (40), and is disposed such that an interior space (21) of the first silencer (20) is in contact with a first space (24) on a downstream side of a tongue portion (13c) in an airflow generated by a blower (15). As a result, it is also possible to reduce sound having a frequency band that changes due to propagation of the sound within the casing (40).
