An agricultural amphibious bait boat capable of crossing ponds and a control method. The bait boat comprises a boat body. A bait feeding device is fixed at one end of the boat body, and the other end of the boat body is fixedly provided with a propelling device. The boat body comprises foam floating bodies (1), foam fixing carbon rods (4), a transverse carbon rod (6), pipe hoop fixing assemblies, and T-shaped tee joints (5). The number of the foam floating bodies (1) is two. The foam fixing carbon rods (4) are arranged above the foam floating bodies (1) in parallel. The foam floating bodies (1) and the foam fixing carbon rods (4) are fixed by means of the pipe hoop fixing assemblies. The transverse carbon rod (6) is connected to the foam fixing carbon rods (4) by means of the T-shaped tee joints (5). A navigation track can be planned for the bait boat by manual remote control, and time and labor consuming feeding operations are thoroughly replaced.
