Abstract:
Provided are an aggregation-induced emission MG-Rho fluorescent dye, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The synthetic route comprises: subjecting potassium carbonate, MG-B and Br-Rho to a reaction to generate a crude product A, then dissolving the crude product A in a solvent, adding tetrachloro-p-benzoquinone, reacting same to obtain a crude product B, and purifying the crude product B to obtain an aggregation-induced emission MG-Rho fluorescent dye. Due to the fact that there are two quaternary ammonium salt groups in the structure of the aggregation-induced emission MG-Rho fluorescent dye, the molecules have excellent water solubility and can be successfully applied to the ultrafast, wash-free and low-phototoxicity imaging of living cells, which will greatly assist in biological research related to living cells.
