An adjustment device for a rapier loom for producing glass fiber grid cloth, comprising a loom (1); a protective plate (2) is connected to the middle position of the front surface of the loom (1), a support (32) is connected to one side of the upper surface of the loom (1), a connection shaft (37) is connected to the upper side of the inner side wall of the support (32), and connection blocks (36) are connected to the outer side wall of the connection shaft (37). By means of the arrangement of guide wheel carriers (31) and adjustment springs (33), when the looseness of silk threads wound on the outer side of guide wheels changes, the positions of the guide wheel carriers (31) can move under the effect of the adjustment springs (33), so that the tension of the silk threads does not largely deviate, preventing normal operation of the loom from being affected by loose silk threads; and by means of the arrangement of snap-fitting grooves (41) and a connection rod (36), the protective plate is connected to the loom by means of mutual snap-fit of snap-fasteners and the snap-fitting grooves (41), reducing the time spent by working staff detaching the protective plate, and facilitating the increase of working efficiency.
