Abstract:
An adjustable spanner manufactured using a stamping technique, comprising a spanner body (1), an adjustment nut (3), a first fixed tongs head (21) provided with a threaded rod (221), and a first movable tongs head (22). The spanner body is provided with a slide groove (110) and first avoidance holes (10); the threaded rod is disposed in the slide groove; the adjustment nut is rotatably connected to a side wall of one of the first avoidance holes by means of a first rotating shaft (41); and threads of the adjustment nut are matched with threads of the threaded rod. The spanner body comprises an upper pressing piece (11), a spacer (12), and a lower pressing piece (13); the first fixed tongs head comprises an upper clamp piece (211), a lower clamp piece (212), and a fixed clamp piece (213); the upper clamp piece and the upper pressing piece are integrally formed; the lower clamp piece and the lower pressing piece are integrally formed; the slide groove is formed between the upper pressing piece and the lower pressing piece; the first avoidance holes are formed at corresponding positions of the upper pressing piece, the spacer, and the lower pressing piece; a rotating groove (121) is formed in the side wall of the first avoidance hole located on the spacer; and the first rotating shaft is disposed in the rotating groove. A production process for the movable spanner has a simple procedure and high production efficiency, reduces the cost, ensures the quality, and can eradicate quality defects such as sand holes, cracks, honeycombs, and breakage.
