Abstract:
Provided are an adeno-associated virus capsid protein mutant having an unactivated T cell targeting property and the use thereof. The mutant comprises a sequence as shown in any one of SEQ ID Nos. 9-12. The recombinant adeno-associated virus vector constructed by using the adeno-associated virus capsid protein mutant has a high efficiency in targeting unactivated T cells, and has the advantages of a low dose, a strong infectivity and a good safety.
