Abstract:
In an embodiment of the present invention, a collection of information of event-related comments posted by visitors while the event is in progress is acquired from a posting website, comment information that includes a first keyword identifying the event, and that includes a second keyword representing an attribute of a visitor is extracted from the acquired collection of comment information, and aggregation information that relates to the comment information for each visitor attribute is generated. The present invention is configured so that a degree of excitement for each visitor attribute is then determined on the basis of the generated aggregation information, and acoustic information corresponding to the visitor attribute is generated on the basis of the determination result outputted to an event venue or a distribution destination.
