Abstract:
An accessory 1 comprises a body 10 having a first hole 131 surrounded by a first inner surface 132, and a component 22 having a first hole 131 surrounded by a first inner surface 132 that engages with the first inner surface 132. A method for manufacturing the component 22 has: a drilling step for opening a second hole 231 by punching processing on a plate-shaped member 30 for forming a component 22; a first shaping step for compressing an edge part 303 surrounding the second hole 231 such that a second inner surface 232 rises up toward the inner side of the second hole 231; a shearing step for cutting out the component 22 from the plate-shaped member 30; and a second shaping step for rounding a pointed end of the second inner surface 232 raised by the first shaping processing. The second shaping step includes subjecting the component 22 cut out by the shearing processing to barrel processing.
