Abstract:
Provided is an absorbent article having a surface sheet capable of improving liquid removal while absorbing perspiration to suppress stickiness of the skin. The absorbent article (1) is provided with a surface sheet (2). The surface sheet (2) is an air-through nonwoven fabric provided with: a first fiber layer (2a) containing synthetic fibers and being located on the skin side; and a second fiber layer (2b) containing synthetic fibers and regenerated cellulose fibers and being located on the non-skin side of the first fiber layer (2a). The thickness of the first fiber layer (2a) is 0.3-1.6 mm inclusive. The ratio of the thickness of the first fiber layer (2a) to the thickness of the second fiber layer (2b) is 1-2.5 inclusive.
