Abstract:
A 6S processing process and production line for coarse and fine meso- and microaggregates for concrete. By subjecting materials to pre-processing, circulating multi-stage coarse crushing and multi-stage desliming, circulating multi-stage fine crushing and multi-stage powder selection, fine sand and aggregates with different specifications and different stone powder contents can be prepared in a certain ratio; and at the same time, the recycled dust material is crushed, processed, multi-stage winnowed, classified and collected. By using the 6S production line, not only can the system production capacity and the quality of the finished sandstone aggregate be effectively improved, as well as various levels and the optimal level of the finished sandstone aggregate being achieved, but the recovered dust waste can also effectively be recycled; the processing capability is strong; and the stone powder grading can be accurately controlled, such that stone powders of various specifications are prepared to effectively improve the durability and mechanical properties of the concrete. The 6S production line has a low production cost, and is efficient and energy-saving.
