Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a 1.8-4.2mm flat photoelectric hybrid cable assembly applied in an F5G system. The flat photoelectric hybrid cable assembly comprises a flat photoelectric hybrid cable and a photoelectric connector, wherein the flat photoelectric hybrid cable is connected to the photoelectric connector; the flat photoelectric hybrid cable has a size of 1.8 mm × 4.2 mm, and the photoelectric connector has a size of 32 mm × 6 mm × 6.7 mm; power lines are respectively arranged on two sides of the flat photoelectric hybrid cable in parallel, a positive power line is arranged on one side, and a negative power line is arranged on the other side; and an outer sheath is arranged on an outer layer of the flat photoelectric hybrid cable, and a circular gap is arranged between the positive power line and the negative power line. The present invention has a small outer diameter, is lightweight, has a small occupied space, is bending resistant and convenient to construct, provides a long-term stable high-bandwidth and low-delay connection for an auxiliary device after coiling and mounting, and is combined with 5G wireless of the auxiliary device; a bending-resistant tail sleeve can provide long-term stable photoelectric synchronous transmission; a solder joint and a gap of a power line inside the photoelectric connector are filled with an injection molding material, which has an excellent insulation performance and strong tensile strength, and can better protect an optical fiber.
