Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of preventing the generation of a spark discharge by giving electric conductivity to a valve part while suppressing pollution of a fluid.SOLUTION: A valve device comprises a valve body 13 provided with a first flow passage 27 and a second flow passage 29 in the inside, and a valve part 15 for performing open and close between the first flow passage 27 and the second flow passage 29. At least a part of the valve part 15 is formed of an electric conductive fluorine resin material in which carbon nano-tube is mixed with a fluorine resin material at a ratio ranging from 0.031 wt.% to 0.050 wt.%. In particular, it is preferable that the valve part 15 includes a valve seat 19 formed at the boundary between the first flow passage 27 and the second flow passage 29 and a diaphragm 21 pressure-contacted with and separated from the valve seat, and that the diaphragm is formed of the electric conductive fluorine resin material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
