Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress warpage of the resultant blocks by kneading prescribed amounts of a hard aggregate, a lightweight aggregate, an expandable admixture, water, etc., with white portland cement and casting the resultant kneaded composition into a mold.
CONSTITUTION: The subject composition is formed by kneading 100 pts.wt. white portland cement with 50-150 pts.wt. hard aggregate, 10-30 pts.wt. lightweight aggregate, 5-15 pts.wt. expandable admixture, an adequate amount of an additive and 30-60 pts.wt. water. Although the lightweight aggregate is used in the aforementioned kneaded composition, occurrence of warpage is suppressed.
