A line controller 40 automatically selects a range of an intervention object table to execute the manual intervention operation by the operator (Step S2), and monitors the existence of the manual intervention operation of the operator (Step S3), and permits switching to the manual mode from the automatic mode based on a result of its selection and monitoring (Step S4), and also regulates automatic carrying operation of the carrier table on the upstream side of the intervention object table (Step S5-S6).
