Abstract:

To close an opening at a side surface of a shaft unit without expanding an upper surface of a shaft unit.SOLUTION: A shaft unit 1 is constituted in such a way that a pipe passage 110 formed from a side surface 11c toward an inner part has each of first fine holes 112 connected from an upper surface 11a; a second hole 100 connected to the pipe passage 110 from a lower surface 10b; and a plug mechanism 5 for closing an opening 110a at a side surface 11c of the pipe passage 110. The plug mechanism 5 comprises a female thread hole 50 directed from the opening 110a to face inward and having larger inner diameter L2 than an inner diameter L1 of the pipe passage 110; an inserting part 53 formed at a connecting part between the pipe passage 110 and a female thread hole 50 to insert O-ring 52 having an outer diameter L4 larger than an inner diameter L1 of the pipe passage 110 and smaller than an inner diameter L2 of the female thread hole 50; an O-ring pressing member 54 having an outer diameter L6 than an inner diameter L5 of O-ring 52 and that can be moved forward or rearward within the female thread hole 50; and a pressing screw 55 thread inserted into the female thread hole 50, the O-ring pressing member 54 is pushed against the O-ring 52 by a pushing thread 55, the O-ring 52 is held by the O-ring pressing member 54 and the inserting part 53 to form a seal so as to close the opening 110a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
