Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a detector so that shaft deviation of multi-shaft robot arm can be detected before handling. SOLUTION: Before a workpiece W is transfer loaded, shaft deviation is detected by a light projecting/receiving sensor which is constituted of a light projector 6 mounted in a side of a carriage 4 of an unmanned vehicle 3 and a light receiver 10 mounted in a side of a finger 8 of a robot arm 7. When the sensor is placed in an on-condition, no shaft deviation is generated, when the sensor is placed in an off condition, generation of large shaft deviation is displayed. In the case of large shaft deviation, an alarm is generated.
