In the motor-controlling device for controlling a motor 4, motor temperature is estimated by a temperature estimation means 10 according to an operation mode such as cooling and heating and operation lapse time, and the winding resistance of the motor 4, an induced voltage constant, or the temperature drift of both of them are calculated based on the estimated temperature. According to the calculated induced voltage constant or winding resistance value, angle estimation operation is made for improving estimation accuracy, thus increasing the estimation accuracy, improving operation stability and efficiency, or reducing noise and vibration.
