This moire knitted fabric is such that the surface thereof comprises composite multifilaments which are made by combining together two kinds of filament yarns differing in dyeability from each other; wherein the respective total finenesses, single filament finenesses and filament counts of the above two kinds of filament yarns are set so as to fall within specific ranges or meet specific relationships.
