Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a clear print of a seal by simplifying a manufacturing process and its apparatus by a method wherein a liquid containing an auxiliary promoting permeation agent into a copy ground is applied to the copy to improve permeating efficiency of a flash, and besides heating of a copy image itself of the copy is intercepted or absorbed by the liquid.
CONSTITUTION: A copy-applying liquid composed of water containing 2% of phenyl glycol in water is applied to one side or both sides of a copy M having a copy image for print of seal L. The copy image for print of seal L of a copy for print of seal M3 is superimposed on a transparent glass plate of a xenon flash emitter 1 so as to become a positive image. Further a heating plate 4 is superimposed by making an ink or tonor face upward, and a stamping material (expanded polyethylene sheet) S7 having a fine open cell of a stereo network structure is superimposed thereon, which are irradiated with a flash. On a surface of the polyethylene sheet M7 the copy image for print of seal L of the copy for print of seal M3 becomes a non-molten part I to remain as a mirror image. On the other surface a surface layer of the stamping material (expanded polyethylene sheet) S7 is melted as a molten part H to blockade the open cell.
