To provide a lithographic printing plate precursor which is especially developable with an aqueous developer of pH 2-10, is excellent in preservation stability, and is prevented from incurring stain in a non-image area and provides a lithographic printing plate excellent in printing durability, to provide a method of preparing a lithographic printing plate using the same and to provide a lithographic printing method.

The lithographic printing plate precursor has an undercoat layer and an image forming layer in this order on a support, the undercoat layer contains a polymer compound having (A1) a support-adsorbing group and (A2) an acid group, and at least a part of the acid groups is neutralized with a radical polymerizable compound having at least one member selected from a secondary amino group, a tertiary amino group and a hetero ring having a basic nitrogen atom. The method of preparing a lithographic printing plate using the same and the lithographic printing method are also provided.
