Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow shape material extrusion die capable of forming a thin hollow shape material a welded member made of a material hard to extrude like an aluminum alloy, etc., by a reduced number of correcting bearing parts and its thin thickness hollow shape material.
SOLUTION: A welded material is branched by plural entry ports 7a, 7b and is passed through these entry ports 7a, 7b, is joined/welded and then is formed into a thin thickness hollow shape material 9 by extruding from a die hole. The entry ports 7a, 7b are respectively set in conforming to each passing volume rate corresponding to a volume distribution between the welded parts 9a, 9b of the thin thickness hollow shape material 9.
