PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally arrange a wire harness of a convertor for boosting a cell stack.SOLUTION: In a structure where the convertor 150 for boosting a fuel-battery stack 3 is mounted under the vehicle floor integrally with the fuel-battery stack 3, the wire harness 151 of the convertor 150 is drawn from the vehicle front side opposite the fuel-battery stack 3 and having no transaxle TA in a vehicle width direction.
