Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic separation device capable of solving constraint of electric field intensity which can be applied and a problem of spark.SOLUTION: An electrostatic separation device 10 includes: a pair of first belt conveyor 12 and second belt conveyor 14 which are vertically arranged and are opposed separately from each other; a high voltage direct current power source 18 which applies a direct current voltage to the first belt conveyor 12 and second belt conveyor 14; an air injection part 28 which is arranged on the lower side of an electrostatic separation space 20 between the pair of first belt conveyor 12 and second belt conveyor 14, sprays air toward the upper side on an inner part of the electrostatic separation space 20, causes particles supplied to the electrostatic separation space 20 to float and forms a fluidized layer; and a first particle removal recovery device 22 and a second particle removal recovery device 24 which remove particles attached to surfaces of the first belt 12A of the first belt conveyor 12 and the second belt 14A of the second belt conveyor 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
