To provide a method of continuously producing a white artificial zeolite having a quality equal to a synthetic zeolite by utilizing a waste liquid containing a silica component and aluminum component as an effective resources, and also provide an apparatus using the same.

This method comprises continuously introducing into a reaction tube heated to 80-150°C a mixture obtained by mixing in a predetermined salic ratio, an alkaline extract of wastes containing the aluminum component with a silica enriching material or mixing an alkaline extract of wastes containing the silica component with an aluminum enriching material, and flowing the mixture in the reaction tube, thus carrying out hydrothermal synthesis.
