Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a battery pack capable of suppressing the internal pressure of a battery housing space, when a unit cell generates gas.SOLUTION: A battery pack 1 has laminated unit cells 2, and a battery housing case 3 for housing the unit cells 2 internally. The battery pack 1 has a heat collection plate 6 having one end 6a projecting from between the unit cells 2 to the outside of the battery housing case 3, and dividing the interior of the battery housing case 3 into multiple battery housing spaces 7, and a smoke exhaust duct 9 interconnecting the battery housing spaces. The battery pack 1 has a gas exhaust passage 10 provided in the battery housing case 3, and interconnecting the smoke exhaust duct 9 and battery housing spaces 7, thus making the gas generated from the unit cells 2 escape. Furthermore, the battery pack 1 includes an interconnection passage 11 provided in the heat collection plate 6, and interconnecting the adjoining battery housing spaces 7, and a refrigerant chamber 21 in which a refrigerant for cooling one end 6a flows, the refrigerant chamber 21 housing one end 6a of the heat collection plate 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
