PURPOSE: To easily move an anchor drill in vertical and horizontal directions along the surface of a slope, and drive an anchor efficiently and safely.

CONSTITUTION: A construction vehicle 6 travelling along the base edge 16 of slope surface 2 is provided, while a traversing bogie 11 travelling horizontally along the surface 2 is provided at the upper edge 15 thereof. The forward end 8 of the arm 7 of the vehicle 6 is fitted with a guide frame 9 having a guide rail. One end 10 of the frame 9 is jointed to the bogie 11, and an elevator bogie 12 loaded with an anchor drill 1 is installed on the guide frame 9, thereby constituting an anchor drill working device. At the time of undertaking an anchor drilling work, the vehicle 6 is made to travel along the surface 2, and the bogie 12 is made to ascend or descend on the frame 9, thereby moving the drill 1 along the surface 2 in vertical and horizontal directions for driving an anchor at an arbitrary position.
