Abstract:
To provide a hot stamp processing technique for an aluminum alloy plate which can improve productivity, while enhancing moldability and a degree of freedom of forming.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy plate processing method includes: a heating step of holding an Al-Mg-Si based alloy plate which is an aluminum alloy plate subjected to solution treatment, at a temperature of 350°C or higher and less than 450°C for less than five minutes; and a press-processing step of supplying the Al-Mg-Si based alloy plate to a predetermined meal mold to press-process the plate, and cooling the Al-g-Si based alloy plate down to less than 150°C, at a bottom dead center in the press-processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
